Information we collect
Depending on how you use NaMatch, information may include names, contact details, account and profile information, photographs, work history, availability, location details, messages, identity documents, billing information and usage or device information.
Why we use it
We process relevant information to operate accounts and bookings, match people with jobs or workers, verify eligibility and identities, support users, process transactions, investigate reports, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are handled through Paystack or other payment partners selected by NaMatch. We do not hold complete payment-card details. We may retain transaction identifiers, payment states and related accounting or support records.
Who receives information
Information needed for a service may be shared with relevant employers or workers. We also use third-party infrastructure, messaging, payment and support providers, and disclose information to competent authorities when legally required. Private verification and emergency-contact information is subject to restricted access.
International processing
NaMatch serves people who may be in different countries, including Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Hosting and service partners may process information outside the country where you live, with appropriate safeguards where required.
Retention and deletion
Account records are generally maintained while an account is active. After closure, some payment, accounting, support, security and legal records may remain when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Your choices and rights
Applicable laws may give you rights to access, correct or erase information, object to certain processing, restrict processing or withdraw consent. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office about privacy concerns.
Age requirement
NaMatch is not intended for users under 18 years old. Minors must not open accounts.
