These rules apply to your use of NaMatch, including creating an account, hiring workers, offering services and managing bookings.

Accounts and eligibility
NaMatch is intended for adults aged 18 or above. You must submit accurate registration and profile information, keep your credentials secure and take responsibility for activity on your account.
How the platform works
NaMatch brings together individuals, families and businesses seeking help and independent workers offering services. A booking's agreed services, price, schedule and applicable conditions are recorded in the platform and govern that booking.
For workers
Maintain accurate details about your skills, credentials, availability and work preferences. Provide services responsibly, observe safeguarding requirements and applicable law, and respect the scope of work agreed with the customer.
For people hiring
Provide the information needed to perform the work safely, including access and location details. Treat workers fairly and pay the amounts presented and agreed through the relevant booking flow.
Payments, cancellations and disputes
The payment, cancellation, refund and payout conditions displayed for an individual booking apply to that booking. Raise concerns promptly using the platform's case or support tools so the relevant information can be reviewed.
Safety and acceptable use
Do not use NaMatch for fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, illegal services, identity misuse or attempts to bypass protections. Access may be suspended or terminated when needed to protect users, investigate problems or comply with law.
Closing an account and changes
You can request account deletion from Settings. Some records may be retained for legal, financial or safety reasons. NaMatch may update these terms and will communicate material changes through available platform contact methods.
